I've been following the postings of one Archer Quinn in Australia who claims that he will post an experiment today, 6/20 which will shatter Newton's theories and show that power can be had by all for free. Here are the links of what I have found as well as some others who will corroborate his claims. The system is based on perpetual motion using magnets. It all looks sound to me, even if I don't totally understand it.

Seriously, I think this needs attention.

Recent flooding in the Midwest as certainly had an impact around me. I live in Madison and grew up in Whitewater. Ingrid grew up about half way between in Deerfield where her brother is still farming. Andreas, her brother, has lost a bunch of crops and will be more dependent on corn this coming year to feed the cows than he ever has. All of this at a time when corn prices are rocketing.
Ingrid and I have come out OK from all of this at our house. Despite our house being 130 years old with a field stone foundation, most of the water that came in managed to make it to the floor drain. Also in the line between where I live and where I grew up 50 miles away are the towns of Jefferson and Fort Atkinson. Attached are some arials of these areas and the flooding from the Rock River. NUTS!!!
